The centre was named the Silverwood Day Nursery and offered long day care to children 0-5 years of age. I began working in early childhood education in 2013, originally joining Great Beginnings Bayswater as a trainee. In 2026, I returned to Great Beginnings Bayswater as Centre Manager, which has been a meaningful full-circle moment in my career. I am deeply passionate about early childhood education and about supporting children in developing a strong foundation and a lifelong love of learning. Over the years, I have learned that every child learns in different ways, and that creating individualised learning experiences is essential to supporting each child’s growth.
