While the straps were comfortable, the rolltop closure was a little lacking in that you can't cinch it tight, only hook it to one of three loops. Also, the fact the opening aperture is already partially sewn together at the corners to allow it to fold over more neatly, but ultimately reducing the size of thing you can put in the bag, is annoying.
