She leads DHL Supply Chain’s Digital Transformation agenda including robotics and automation, data analytics and artificial intelligence as well as the North American information technology organization. Suzanne is the Chief Sustainability and Transformation Officer for Albertsons Companies, the second largest food and drug retailer in the US. Suzanne began her career at Accenture, consulting for Fortune 100 companies before joining Albertsons in 2001. After creating and leading the company’s Lean Six Sigma initiative, she left to lead a retail consulting practice. In 2012 she returned to Albertsons, leading five major acquisition integrations that grew the company from ~200 stores to ~2200 stores. Suzanne became Group Vice President, Strategic Sourcing in 2020, and that same year was asked to lead the company’s ESG strategy.
