The award winning “Castle Cove House” is home to this stunning wine cellar. It is climate controlled with a EuroCave Inoa Wine Cellar Conditioner to protect wine properly. Yarra Yering isn't just one of the oldest and most stunning vineyards in the Yarra Valley, it's also one of the most esteemed producers of the  region.

Display your wine beautifully and protect bottles with a wine racking system customised to suit your unique space. This winery doesn't take itself too seriously, but it is serious about its product. The entry-level Farmyard Series is a very approachable range, featuring playful labels of colourful animals.

Further varieties from across the Yarra Valley are also used in the making of regional and single vineyard ranges, so there are lots to try when you visit. Mount Duneed Estate has three wine ranges, the Geelong Range, a Regional Range, and a Single Vineyard Range, each offering different varietals from different locations. Originally known as Saint Regis, the winery was rebranded as Nicol’s Paddock in 2018 after the next generation took over the day-to-day running of the business. Found in Waurn Ponds the family-run Nicol’s Paddock boasts a top-rated restaurant as well as a cellar door. From a vineyard on the Great Ocean Road to  the fabulous Moorabool Valley wineries, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to wineries in the Geelong region. Cellar Creations hand crafted cellar ladders are made from Tasmanian Oak and custom suited to your cellar.
Visit the cellar door where, for $20 a person, guests can sample five wines from the range (or purchase a bottle and it's free!). Chef Maxwell Parlas heads up the restaurant, which uses produce from the kitchen garden and local farms. Don't forget to visit the TarraWarra Museum of Art before you leave to see art by contemporary Australian artists. Hubert Estate is the love child of the Ryan Hospitality Group (The Prince, Mitchelton Winery, Nagambie Brewery and Distillery) and one of the Yarra Valley's longest-standing producers, St Hubert's. A recent redesign of the winery and cellar door has transformed the stunning site into a dual-level estate. It now encompasses a modern Australian and Euro-inspired restaurant (Quarters), event space (Harriett), cellar door and boutique wine store (Notes).
With rustic cellar doors producing small-batch wines, the Macedon Range’s boutique wineries are sure to delight. Home to a bunch of quaint local towns such as Coldstream, Healesville, Yarra Glen & Warburton, there are plenty of places to explore in the region. Plus, with over 70 wineries and cellar doors, there is no shortage of wines to be tasted and views to be enjoyed.

After a slow start, the Bridge Road restaurant is now pumping most nights of the week with a feel-good menu that makes you glad it’s winter. An Italian thread to the menu explains the citrus-cured snapper, octopus with Sardinian walnut sauce, and lovingly made pasta and risotto, which are  both available as $20 midweek specials. Ideal for private events, small corporate meetings, cocktail functions.
