There’s excellent teamwork among the staff, they collaborate well to ensure each child’s needs are met. The facilities are top-notch as well, with plenty of outdoor and indoor activities that keep kids engaged and excited to learn.
After trying two other daycares, we finally found our place. Grainne and Claire put so much thought into their lesson planning. One day, my child came home explaining how the sun and moon work together. Watching group time has been a core memory for me, her confidence is blooming. When she brought a book from home, they built an activity around it that same day. Everyone is exactly where they're meant to childcare centre near pakenh be, and it shows.

That simple courtesy would have saved everyone’s time and effort. We understand that schedules can be tight, but a little professionalism and consideration would have gone a long way. Wonderful centre - I feel confident my child will be safe and well cared for each day. Centre Manager is very friendly and approachable, makes us feel heard, and always puts families and children first. This is a 30 hour a week program of teacher-led play and learning. We focus on getting children school ready through educational, social and emotional learning.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I  definitely would.Our experience in both the toddler and Kinder 3 rooms was outstanding. The educators — including Ruth, Sarah, Jelly, Edna, Bailey, Sopesy, and the entire team — were absolutely amazing, caring, and supportive.My daughter truly loved this daycare. Even after moving houses and leaving the centre about three months ago, she still misses it. Kindergarten children can also take part in our library borrowing program, which encourages a love of reading to extend into their homes and their families. Our four-year-old children can even learn Spanish through Early Learning Languages Australia.
Carpentry experiences allow Carly and her friends to extend their learning through real-life experiences. While participating in carpentry, Carly is learning to problem solve, experiment and predict. One Tree’s educational program aligns with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy that educators are co-learners who collaborate with children.

We have an open-door policy and welcome your input and feedback, as this is important to us and helps form collaborative relationships, between you and the community. This also helps us to provide an environment that is supportive to all children, families, and educators. I believe that it takes a village to raise a child, and we are part of that village.
