They went through the whole trailer when I went to pick it up.It is the most well balanced trailer to tow. We have the trailer now a few months and it has been brilliant. The trailer was the size I wanted, , it was available and didn’t have to be ordered in. It appears to be well built and came with extras which were add on’s with other brands I looked at.( eg spare wheel and jockey wheel). And importantly it was competitively priced. Altogether a great package at a competitive price. I busted my work trailer and with in a day or two I was driving out with the exact trailer I required with rego, and brand new. They were also considerably a lot cheaper then most other places. Mike was was empathetic and understanding and helped me out quickly. Very easy to deal with, brought the trail 1 day and it was delivered the next.
The whole proses was so smooth and hassle free. The only hassle I have had is the jockey wheel pins for the handle sometimes don’t line up with the holes. The only other suggestion I have is, with the canvas cover option. So i have put removable pins and a rubber strip to stop rattle.
